Maybe the Kove Rally 450 is too tall for you .
This is what can be done about it 

1. You could lower the forks through the yokes by 25mm and easily wind off the spring preload using the unique Kove rear subframe 90 degree tilt facility.
2. You could buy the lower actual seat to fit onto your Kove  which reduces the seat height by 20-30mm £180
3. You could send your seat to us and we will reduce the height by 20-30mm and send it back to you £106 inc return post.
4. The standard height Kove model can have its seat reduced in height by 50mm or 100mm after purchase by reducing the height of the front and rear suspension. This is a process which is reversible and is carried out internally to the front forks and rear shock by a very experienced suspension engineer that is well known to Kove UK and trusted by us. In fact reducing the seat height of a motorcycle is not unusual or some sort of black art. It is something that has been carried out on motorcycles for decades. The suspension will continue to work as it should. The cost is  £400 inc or £500 if new fork springs are required.
