THE KOVE RALLY STANDARD MODEL IS PROVIDED WITH 12 MONTHS WARRANTY ON PARTS AND LABOUR . The 12 months starts from the date of collection/delivery.

THE KOVE RALLY PRO. DUE THE VERY NATURE OF THIS MOTORCYCLE BEING SPECIFICALLY BUILT AND EQUIPPED FOR RACING IT WOULD ONLY BE AN ABSOLUTE LUNATIC WHO WOULD OFFER A WARRANTY. THEREFORE THE PRO IS NOT OFFERED WITH WARRANTY . HOWEVER WE APPRECIATE THAT SOME PRO OWNERS MAY NOT BE RACING THEIRS. WE AIM TO SUPPORT OUR CUSTOMERS AND IF WE SEE A GENUINE PROBLEM THAT HAS HAPPENED THAT CLEARLY SHOULD NOT HAVE HAPPENED AND NOT WHILST RACING WE WILL HELP ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.

It is clearly much too early to have had warranty problems with Kove already. We do not expect many problems but we would be naive to say we wont have any. We have a lot of experience in keeping the wheels turning of our GPX customers and the same will apply to Kove . We all get problems in life and bikes get problems. Whats important is how we deal with them.
In all of our experiences with warranty so far, it has gone something like this -
The customer has telephoned us or sent us a message to explain that there is a problem. Perhaps for the benefit of this explanation the indicators come on , but have stopped flashing . We talk to the customer and with the aid of photos and perhaps a video we diagnose the problem and the components required to fix the problem. We then guide the customer and ask them if they are happy to fit the new relay, which sits underneath the seat. The customer says "Yes of course , send it to me" . We fast post the relay up , free of charge and they fit it and the problem should be fixed.Problem solved . If it is not then we will investigate further. If they do not want to get involved in fitting the part or of the work becomes more complicated then they should take the bike to either ourselves in the South of the UK or Motorrad Konnection in the North. We will then fix the problem free of charge. It really is as simple as that.
NO ITEMS WILL BE SENT AS WARRANTY UNLESS Kove UK are provided with proof of purchase along with the defective part , OR AT THE LEAST , A DETAILED PHOTOS OF THE PART.
If you want , you can diagnose the problem on your own independently from home , or with a mechanic at your own cost . You can then let us know what parts are needed, by sending us good descriptive photos of any damaged parts.
Damages that may occur due to customer misuse or improper care and maintenance (including but not limited to exceeding the weight limit, negligence by the user, or blatant misuse of normal intended operations) are not covered under the warranty.
To better help our customers locate issues on their units we ask that the warranty part be sent to our parts department for inspection and testing for defects. No warranty parts will be sent out until Kove have seen descriptive photos that display the fault clearly. This ensures we send you the right part the first time . Not only does this guarantee that we’re sending you the right part, which saves our customers an enormous amount of time it helps us match the parts so we don’t make mistakes by sending you either an older part or newer part that will not match your unit. This is only to help our customers out.
This warranty is not just provided to the original customer. It is transferable within the time period. There is no agreement or warranty, expressed or implied other than those stated in this agreement.
Kove UK does not provide or pay for damages for incidental or consequential loss arising from injury. Ride at your own risk. All sales are final. Returns or Exchanges are not offered under any circumstance. We do sell awesome products but you must be careful regularly checking and tightening bolts, checking for leaks, making sure all wires and hoses are connected properly and just being safe out in the open.
Its all simple and common sense. The biggest and most important thing to remember is that we are here to help you and get your bike repaired under warranty and out of warranty. That's our job and we take it seriously. What we expect from you is that you will take care of your motorcycle, record its timely servicing which should be corroborated with oil receipts and not let issues go ignored and get worse.
If you modify your bike with non official parts and related problems occur then this warranty will not cover this issue .
The Kove handbook/servicing is the bible , nothing else , so please read it and keep it safe.
